It is neither a hotel nor a conference center.It is a large house where people come together, share, cook, work side by side, and enjoy a truly human experience.

We provide the venue and accommodation(rental by the day, night, or for a full stay).
You are completely free regarding the content, pace, and pricing of your services, while respecting the house rules.
No revenue sharing, no complex arrangements.
Everyone stays in their role, in a clear, simple, and respectful relationship.
